Leading School Change - S2010-8
It is possible to bring positive and immediate changes in your school with the support of your entire staff. Acclaimed speaker and noted author, Todd Whitaker provides principals, assistant principals, district superintendents, and other educators with concrete steps for getting colleagues to buy into and work toward the changes necessary for school improvement. Drawing from years of experience working with leaders at the school and district levels Dr. Whitaker shares nine specific strategies for overcoming resistance to change, building cooperation among everyone in the change process, and bringing everyone on board. In this session, Dr. Whitaker addresses day-to-day struggles that come with change, accompanied by realistic solutions.
