TxBESS Mentor Training Day One

    This six hour TxBESS training introduces the mentor to the TxBESS program and discusses the phases and stages of beginning teachers. The training also emphasizes the important components of a successful mentor/mentee relationship. The TxBESS Framework is also introduced in this session.
